Optical findings 90mm lenses
The Elmarits from 1958 with 5 internal lenses and 1997 with 4 internal lenses are very close
in quality. With f2,8 the 1997 has a little higher contrast and a visible better edge
sharpness. Stopped down to f5,6 the differences become nearly invisible.
