Optical findings 50mm lenses
The 4 lenses show not much difference on vignetting. The Elmar 1932 f3,5 is better then
the Summitar 1948 f2,8 in center and corner sharpness. The Summicron 2002 sharpness is
cleary the best especially at the edge. The Summitar has a slight yellow streak. The 4
lenses stopped down show in comparison a gradual improvement of center sharpness and
more pronounced edge sharpness over time from 1932 to 2002.
